In March 2015, a group of eight multinationals, amongst them career lawyers, active EU government officials, and entrepreneurs, held a confidential, three day strategy meeting in Millenium Hotel, Paris. The purpose of these meetings was to come up with a hands-on plan to dismantle an existing regime in a country, install a person present in the room as a transitional president, and overwrite all the natural resources of said country to an independent sovereign fund.
